• Attempt to access, scrape, or reverse engineer our technology
• Share your account credentials or access with others
• Upload photos containing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of our service require payment. By purchasing these features, you agree to pay all fees in full. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

We use Stripe for payment processing. Your use of our payment services is subject to Stripe's terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

Our service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Say Cheeze AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your photos. By uploading photos, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Facial Recognition Consent

By using our facial recognition features, you warrant that you have obtained proper consent from all individuals whose faces may be recognized in the photos you upload, and you agree to indemnify us against any claims relating to lack of consent.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Say Cheeze AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our service.

9. Disclaimers

Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Say Cheeze AI does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The accuracy of facial recognition matches cannot be guaranteed, and you acknowledge that there may be false positives or missed matches.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
